As a general guide: dogs up to 5 lbs need 1 patty per day, 10 lbs need 2 patties, 15 lbs need 3 patties, 20 lbs need 4 patties, 30 lbs need 6 patties, 40 lbs need 8 patties, 50 lbs need 10 patties, and 60 lbs need 12 patties.
